ReTRIBE is a support and growth network built first around ice hockey, designed to help people stay connected, accountable and grounded through sport, career transitions and everyday life. Its approach combines peer support, lived experience, sport psychology and the Tough Through Tender framework, emphasizing balance, resilience, emotional awareness and human connection.

The ReTRIBE App provides free access to information, practical tools, tips and content. Users with a licence from their club, team or organisation can unlock tribe matching, private community spaces, guided content, targeted events and accountability features. Membership is application-based and currently intended for players.

ReTRIBE also delivers Roadshows for teams, clubs, leagues and federations, offering face-to-face sessions on connection, accountability, leadership and positive culture. Its programmes include the Tough Through Tender transformational programme, three-day retreats and Reset Retreats focused on reflection, reconnection and personal growth. Storytelling, podcasts, workshops and exclusive content further support open conversations and cultural change. While rooted in hockey, ReTRIBE’s principles are intended to serve wider communities facing pressure and transition.
