Reunert Applied Electronics is the applied electronics segment of Reunert Limited, a South African group established in 1888 and listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. The segment develops and supplies high-precision products for defence, mining, industrial and commercial applications through a portfolio of specialist businesses.

Its capabilities span radar systems for military land and naval use, secure communications and cybersecurity, and ICT systems integration and project management. The segment also provides mining products and services for slope stability, underground operations and security management. Other offerings include remote-control systems designed for harsh environments, electronic fuze technology, and the design and manufacture of complex electronic assemblies.

Reunert Applied Electronics also includes contract manufacturing and original design manufacturing, supporting customers with the development, production and assembly of electronic and digital products. Its business units address applications ranging from command and control and communication on the move to cryptographic solutions and printed circuit board assembly. Together, these businesses offer specialised products, engineering capabilities and support for customers across defence, mining, industrial and commercial markets.
