Reut Group קבוצת ראוּת is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2004 by Gidi Grinstein as the Reut Institute. Their vision is to establish a twenty-first century Zionism that ensures the right of the Jewish people to self-determination in a secure, prosperous, and democratic State of Israel. They aim to secure the continued existence of the Jewish people and aspire for Israel to be a leading light among nations.

Reut tackles critical challenges facing Israel, Israeli society, and the Jewish world by creating and scaling innovative models. Using a unique combination of theory, methodology, and technology, Reut identifies blind spots in leadership's perceptions of reality, working to bridge the gap between these perceptions and rapidly changing realities. They work in areas of national security, Israeli-Jewish relations, and socio-economic development.

Reut offers lectures, workshops, consulting, research, and strategy analysis to individuals, organizations, and executives. They also develop long-term, impactful initiatives and maintain a strong network of alumni who go on to hold key positions in Israel and the Jewish world
