Our holistic approach to your body and our treatment methods work to eliminate tension, reduce pain, increase strength and range of motion, and restore your overall balance. We begin each session with a full-body analysis to identify any underlying issues and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Our team of therapists provides a mix of scientifically-backed manual treatments, including osteopathy, manual therapy, and dry needling. By restoring joint mobility and reducing muscle tension, we help you regain optimal movement. Once we have reduced tension in your body, we work with you to develop a series of personalized corrective exercises to enhance and maintain control over your new range of motion.

Sessions typically last about an hour, with subsequent sessions ranging from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your preference and therapist's recommendation. We recommend booking a one-hour session for your initial assessment, during which we will conduct an extensive evaluation. At REV, we believe in the interconnectedness of the body and emphasize the importance of our REV screening.

By examining your body as a whole and identifying the root cause of pain or dysfunction, we can provide effective treatment and help you move and perform at your best. All our therapists are licensed physiotherapists with additional specialized training to integrate the REV approach seamlessly into your care. You can choose a therapist based on location or availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you won't be charged if you give us at least 24 hours' notice.

While we are not conventioned therapists, you may still receive coverage from your health insurance depending on your doctor's prescription. Feel free to contact us for more information.
