About Reversal
Reversal Institute is a Spanish-language longevity and healthspan school serving professionals across the wellness ecosystem, including both healthcare and non-medical practitioners. Its mission is to help professionals understand the science of aging and apply it to support clients in living well for longer. The institute’s flagship offering is a 16-week, fully online Certificate in Longevity and Healthspan, with live classes, ten applied-science modules, a professional community and a 24/7 AI assistant trained on the program.
The curriculum covers geroscience, biomarkers and functional assessment, nutrition and metabolism, exercise and muscle health, sleep, emerging therapies and ethics. Participants also learn to interpret measures such as biological age, VO₂ max, HRV and inflammatory markers, and receive protocols, templates and practical resources for their work. The program includes live instruction from active practitioners, specialist masterclasses, recordings and transcripts.
It awards 15 ECTS and a university-specific qualification issued by Universidad Isabel I. Reversal also offers recordings of its Longevity Reversal Summit and publishes educational content through its blog
