Revitalconcept

Revitalconcept is a reputable brand that offers a wide range of products and services to cater to various needs. Their offerings include Urtinkturen (herbal extracts), Gemmotherapie (gemmotherapy), Komplexmittel (complex remedies), and Kräutertees (herbal teas). In addition, they also provide Naturkosmetik (natural cosmetics) to promote overall wellness.

Operating as a B2B business, Revitalconcept focuses on serving professionals such as therapists, doctors, veterinarians, and pharmacists. They do not supply products directly to end consumers. However, they do offer a voluntary 30-day return guarantee for certain products like those ordered online.

If, for example, excessive quantities were mistakenly ordered and the items remain unopened and in their original condition, Revitalconcept is willing to accept returns. For personalized products such as personalized tinctures, herbal blends, or herbal teas, returns are not possible due to their individualized nature. Additionally, products that are perishable or have a limited shelf life, as well as alcoholic beverages, are also non-returnable.

Revitalconcept values customer satisfaction and aims to find mutually beneficial solutions for any issues that may arise. They are dedicated to providing high-quality products and ensuring the best possible experience for their customers. Please contact Revitalconcept for further information or assistance regarding delivery, shipping, terms and conditions, privacy, or any other enquiries
