Revitalize Pelvic

Revitalize Pelvic Physical Therapy is a cash-pay physical therapy practice focused on pelvic health, orthopedic rehabilitation, and helping people return to meaningful activities with greater comfort and confidence. Led by Dr. April Dominick, the practice provides individualized care through one-on-one evaluations and treatment sessions. Plans may combine manual therapy, functional movement, exercise, and lifestyle guidance, with the goal of helping clients understand their bodies and manage their health beyond the clinic.

Services include pelvic floor therapy, pregnancy and postpartum support, birth preparation, diastasis recti and C-section scar management, and treatment for bladder, bowel, sexual, and pelvic pain concerns. The practice also addresses conditions such as pelvic organ prolapse, endometriosis, and post-operative recovery following hernia, hysterectomy, or prostate surgery. Orthopedic rehabilitation covers issues including hip, knee, shoulder, neck, and back pain, as well as temporomandibular joint dysfunction and return to fitness or sport. Dry needling and fitness and sport recovery are also listed among its offerings.
