Re Wilding

The Re Wilding Experience creates nature-based gatherings for women seeking a deeper connection with themselves, one another, and the natural world. Its events offer a supportive space to explore personal growth, intuition, feminine power, and the different phases of womanhood, while moving at an individual pace. Drawing on women’s wisdom and the rhythms of the earth and moon, the experience encourages participants to reconnect with their bodies, discover their strengths, and make room for greater freedom and vitality in everyday life.

Activities may include talking circles, plant-based natural dyeing, movement and dance, singing and drumming, breathwork, shamanic journeys, creative arts, bush walks, swimming, rites of passage ceremonies, and massage. Lovingly prepared food and time in nature are also part of the experience. No prior experience is needed, as activities are guided and welcoming. The Re Wilding Experience also provides event information and booking options, participant resources, testimonials, and gift vouchers for those wishing to share an experience with someone else.
