Rewriting Childhood

Rewriting Childhood is a parent coaching and child development practice founded by Noa Stisin, supporting parents, teachers, and other caregivers who want to respond to children with greater calm and understanding. The work focuses on the gap between knowing how you would like to react and being able to do so in challenging moments. Drawing on nervous system science, attachment, and Internal Family Systems, Noa helps clients explore their triggers and patterns and practise new responses in everyday family or classroom situations.

Services include one-on-one parent coaching, interactive workshops for schools, teams, and parent communities, and speaking engagements for conferences, professional development days, and community events. The workshops and talks help adults understand children’s emotional worlds and reflect on how their own upbringing shapes the way they care for children. Rewriting Childhood also offers a free assessment to help parents consider what may be happening in their nervous system during difficult parenting moments, as well as an introductory call.
