RezRunner

Rez Runner is an Indigenous nonprofit organization focused on drug and alcohol prevention and trauma recovery through running and exercise. Its work uses movement, mindfulness, and community connection to support healing and help individuals and families affected by addiction reclaim health, purpose, and strength. The organization hosts community runs, wellness events, and youth programs designed to encourage connection, personal growth, and rebuilding lives one step at a time.

Rez Runner presents running as a pathway to wellness and a way to foster hope, while emphasizing that healing is possible for everyone. People can learn about the organization’s mission and activities through its website, take part in events, and support its work through donations. The site also includes a shop and invites visitors to subscribe for email updates.

By bringing people together around exercise and shared support, Rez Runner aims to empower its community and help participants move toward recovery at their own pace
