Reitgemeinschaft Haus Dorp e.V. is a riding club based in Lohmar, Germany, bringing together around 150 members of different ages and experience levels. For 50 years, the club has fostered a welcoming, family-oriented community built around enjoyment of equestrian sport, commitment among members, and care for horses. Its inclusive approach offers a place for beginners and experienced riders alike.
The club’s riding activities and training courses cover dressage, show jumping, groundwork, and Working Equitation, with individual support for horses and riders at every level. Members can also take part in competitions and social events throughout the year. The annual summer tournament features dressage and show-jumping classes up to medium level, young-horse competitions, and the Geba and Haribo Cups. Other activities include a groundwork tournament focused on communication between horse and handler, as well as the club’s stable Oktoberfest. RG Haus Dorp also organizes working days and provides information about membership, events, and club activities, helping members connect through both equestrian pursuits and shared experiences.
