RG Pet is Brazil's leading pet registration platform, designed to create a secure and reliable identification system for pets across the country. Managed by the Instituto Pet Brasil, RG Pet offers a free registration service that generates a unique, non-transferable identification number for each pet. This unique ID links to a comprehensive database containing essential information about the pet and its owner, consolidating all crucial historical and activity details in one easily accessible location.

When pet owners complete the registration process, they receive a personalized RG featuring a QR code that can facilitate the pet's recovery if lost. In connection with optional safety features like a QR code medal or micro/nanochip, owners can receive real-time location updates if someone scans the code. RG Pet prioritizes security and confidentiality, ensuring that all personal data is protected in accordance with LGPD regulations. With no maintenance fees or monthly costs, RG Pet is an ideal solution for responsible pet ownership in Brazil, providing peace of mind and continuous support.
