Rheingau-Taekwondode

Black Belts Rheingau offers traditional Taekwon-Do training for children in Walluf, Germany. Its junior classes introduce young participants to the sport through a playful approach designed to make learning engaging while supporting confidence and self-esteem in training and everyday life. Sessions channel children’s natural energy into purposeful movement and help develop body control, strength, and fine motor skills.

The group training emphasizes politeness, mutual respect, and consideration, while giving each child opportunities to participate and progress. Children also learn about body language and how their behavior and manner of presenting themselves can affect others. The program covers awareness and ways to avoid situations that may provoke an attack, alongside basic self-defense for emergencies. According to the club, this learning can help children feel more secure in their own abilities and become less withdrawn.

Classes take place at Fitness-Studio ViTAFIT, Im Grohenstück 5, 65396 Walluf. Junior sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 and 4:30 p.m. The club invites families to arrange a trial session.
