Rheinland Multikopter

Rheinland Multikopter e.V. is a registered club based in Rheinbach, North Rhine-Westphalia, dedicated to FPV racing and model aircraft. Founded in 2016, the association brings together pilots and enthusiasts who build and fly racing drones, as well as people who want to support the sport or help with club activities. FPV, or First Person View, lets pilots steer a drone using a live camera feed displayed in video goggles. Club members practise on courses marked with gates and flags, combining technical skill, precision and teamwork.

The club holds regular training sessions at the recreational park in Rheinbach and uses indoor venues in Elsdorf and Cologne-Brück during winter. Its activities include FPV racing, opportunities to watch scheduled sessions, and participation in event organisation. The association also promotes model aircraft and drone racing and supports youth development. People can get involved as active pilots, volunteers or supporters; the website also mentions guest-flight membership starting at €30.
