Rhody Paws

Rhody Paws Professional Dog Training is a Rhode Island-based dog training business offering private, in-home services to local residents and surrounding areas. Its approach centers on science-based positive reinforcement, clear communication, and building a trusting relationship between dogs and their owners. The goal is to make training enjoyable while helping families address challenging behaviors and develop practical skills that last in everyday life.

Services begin with an initial consultation to understand each dog, household, and set of goals, followed by a personalized training plan. Private adult dog training takes place in the environments where behavior matters most, helping owners improve communication and work through everyday challenges. In-home puppy training supports owners during the early months by teaching good habits, helping prevent unwanted behaviors, and building a strong foundation. Rhody Paws also offers solo dog walks and adventures for dogs who prefer one-on-one attention or do not thrive in group settings. These outings combine exercise, enrichment, sniffing, exploration, and opportunities to practice skills.
