RH Studios BJJ

RH Studios BJJ is a martial arts and fitness studio in Northeast Philadelphia offering programs for children and adults, from beginners to experienced competitors. Its approach emphasizes technique, family, and positive growth, with a welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere. The studio is led by Professor Rick Henry, a third-degree black belt who has trained and competed since 2008. His instruction is grounded in lineage under Professor Fabio Franco DaSilva and Professor Guto Vicente.

Programs include Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for kids and adults, covering grappling, takedowns, submissions, positioning, and self-defense, as well as adult No-Gi grappling for submission wrestling, MMA, and competition preparation. Muay Thai and kickboxing classes for adults and children teach striking under Kru Tim McLaughlin, who has more than a decade of coaching experience. Children can also attend the supervised kids program, which develops self-defense and discipline, and Nuclear 49.5, a high-intensity fitness class.
