Ribcollar Inflatables Ltd manufactures, repairs and replaces Orca Hypalon tubes and collars for rigid inflatable boats (RIBs). Working from its Yeovil, Somerset workshop, the company patterns, digitally scans, CNC-cuts and assembles tube sets, then fits them or supplies them to customers and their chosen fitters. Its services include complete retubing, new and replacement tubes, collar and sponson replacement, and repairs to punctures, seams, valves, fittings and worn areas.
Ribcollar supports private boat owners, commercial and rescue operators, defence users, boat builders and other trade customers, working with RIBs from a wide range of manufacturers. It can also reverse-engineer older, discontinued or one-off designs when no existing pattern is available. Specialist products include custom Hypalon parts and self-righting bags and systems built to naval architects’ specifications, along with inspection, servicing and CO2 re-gassing for existing systems.
Ribcollar offers practical assessments to help customers choose between repair, partial replacement and a full retube. New tube sets carry a five-year fabric warranty, and made-to-measure sets can be shipped worldwide
