Through vocational training and sustainable employment at a fair wage, we provide opportunities for women in need to reach their untapped potential.

Our programs are locally developed to address the unique needs of each individual. We offer life and livelihood skills training, including vocational skills, personal development, and financial literacy. By equipping women with these skills, we not only help them improve their economic and social situation but also strengthen their families and communities.

At The Ribe Project, we prioritize serving women in vulnerable situations, including young mothers, former abductees, and those affected by HIV. Through a careful selection process, we ensure that our program reaches those who need it the most.
