Riem's Family Nursery

Riem’s Family Nursery is a family-owned and operated Ontario rose grower and wholesale supplier, serving customers for more than 40 years. The nursery provides roses to garden centres, mass-market retailers, and other wholesalers across Canada, and welcomes inquiries from businesses interested in becoming retail partners.

Its collection includes more than 70 rose varieties across six types: Hybrid Tea, Floribunda, Grandiflora, Climber, Shrub, and Miniature. Each variety has its own characteristics, offering retail customers a broad selection for their customers’ gardens.

Roses are grown on the Riem farm through a two-year process, beginning with wild seedling understock that is budded with selected varieties. The nursery focuses on quality throughout cultivation, and the plants spend Ontario winters on the farm. This growing process is intended to produce hardy, well-established potted rose bushes ready to bloom in gardens for years. Riem’s Family Nursery also shares rose-care information covering planting, watering, fertilizing, winterizing, and pruning, helping customers learn how to care for their plants.
