Rifa, or Rieder Initiative für Arbeit, is an employment and social-support organisation based in Ried im Innkreis, Austria. For more than 37 years, it has helped people who face barriers in the labour market by offering practical support, training and opportunities to develop workplace skills. Its programmes include vocational preparation and apprenticeships, supported in part by a training hotel where participants can gain experience across different fields and work toward a formal qualification.

Rifa combines this employment mission with a broad range of community and environmental services. Its reuse and recycling operations provide work and training while ensuring that reusable materials and bulky waste are handled responsibly. The organisation also runs the Fundgrube, a second-hand shop featuring pre-owned goods and items made in its workshops. Other services include clearances, business waste collection, small custom jobs, catering for events, and room hire for meetings, seminars and conferences. Rifa also provides daytime care for older people, offering social activities and companionship while helping ease the responsibilities of family caregivers.
