RightNow

RightNow is an AI brand developing System Zero, a model and API for turning varied information into decisions with probabilities. It accepts text, JSON, robot state, codebases, PDFs, images, voice, and video (currently in preview), bringing these inputs together with a user’s questions in one call. Supported file formats include PNG, JPEG, WAV, PDF, and MP4.

A central feature is streaming decision-making: results can update as new parts of an input arrive, rather than waiting for the full submission. RightNow returns probabilities for answer options and supports multiple questions per call. The service is designed for tasks where evidence may arrive gradually or in different formats, such as evaluating a customer support request using both text and an image.

The platform offers a one-million-token context window through console settings, alongside API access and documentation for developers. Users can sign up for an API key, with $5 in signup credit advertised. RightNow also publishes research and benchmark information about its decision model, including evaluations and capability comparisons.
