Right Steps Dog Training

Right Steps Dog Training is a dog training service serving Abington, Jenkintown, and the wider Montgomery County area of Pennsylvania. Led by Carol Millinghausen, a Certified Professional Dog Trainer–Knowledge Assessed, the program helps people strengthen their relationships with their dogs through practical, positive training. Carol has more than a decade of experience and has trained thousands of people and dogs. Her credentials include certification through Animal Behavior College and recognition as an American Kennel Club Canine Good Citizen and Star Puppy evaluator. She is also a professional member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers and Pet Professional Guild, and an active member of the Alliance for Progressive Pet Trainers.

Right Steps offers puppy, beginner, impulse control, loose-leash walking, reactive rover, and recall classes, along with individual sessions. Training can address puppy socialization, basic skills, leash reactivity, on-leash aggression, and behavior modification.
