Riikka Väärälä

Riikka Väärälä provides personal training and fitness services in Raahe, Finland, based at Raahen Kuntoklubi. Her services include individual personal training, nutrition and diet coaching, group exercise, and workplace wellbeing activities for teams, clubs, and associations. Group sessions are held at the gym or, by arrangement, at the workplace. Regular classes include men’s and women’s fitness boxing and occasional body-care sessions. A first group-class visit is free, and some classes are complimentary for gym pass holders or personal training clients. Personal training consultations are free, and a gym pass is available during coaching. Services can also be purchased as gift cards.

Väärälä holds a vocational qualification in sport and coaching and a Personal Trainer EQF Level 4 qualification. She has a competitive boxing background, with national championship medals and tournament wins, and continues to train and coach boxing.
