The Riley Orton Foundation (ROF) is a brand committed to empowering girls and communities in Kenya to reach their full potential. With a focus on holistic education and gender equality in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), the foundation strives to alleviate poverty and create sustainable change. ROF's integrated approach addresses education, health, economic empowerment, and life skills education, enabling beneficiaries to make lasting improvements for self-sufficiency.

Through their AKILI STEMarts Academy, ROF promotes gender equality by engaging both boys and girls in practical STEM fields. By supporting and fostering interest in science and technology, the foundation aims to reduce the gender and skills gap in STEM, increase employment opportunities for women, and stimulate economic growth. ROF works in collaboration with schools, community-based organizations, libraries, and resource centers in Kisumu, Siaya, and Kakamega counties in western Kenya.

Founded by David Omondi, who, having grown up in an urban slum, witnessed the challenges faced by marginalized girls and women, ROF strives to provide quality education and economic empowerment to eradicate poverty and improve livelihoods. Driven by a desire to create sustainable change from within the local community, ROF actively partners with various stakeholders to eliminate barriers hindering girls from achieving their full potential. These efforts include counseling, sexual and reproductive health education, providing free school uniforms and sanitary pads, distributing bicycles for at-risk girls to commute to school safely, and engaging boys and men as allies through sports for development.
