RINASCITA DONNE AL CENTRO

Rinascita – Donne al Centro is an Italian association dedicated to supporting women’s personal growth, wellbeing and self-awareness. Founded by a group of women who wanted to make guidance accessible even to those unable to afford it, the organisation offers supportive pathways designed to help participants recognise their value and create positive change in their lives. Its team brings together professionals with experience in education, yoga and meditation, medicine and addiction, psychology, counselling, naturopathy, flower therapy and fundraising.

Rinascita provides courses and personal development pathways, with meditation presented as a way to explore emotions, deepen self-understanding and develop a more attentive relationship with everyday life. The association also shares articles and educational content through its blog, covering subjects such as meditation, emotional awareness and personal transformation. In addition, it organises fundraising events to help finance pathways for women who otherwise may not have the economic means to take part. Through its programmes, events and community-focused work, Rinascita aims to offer women encouragement, practical support and opportunities to connect with others as they pursue greater wellbeing and awareness.
