Ringside Boxing Gym

Ringside Boxing Gym is a fully equipped boxing and fitness facility located on Fern Street in Bow, East London. Designed for men and women of all abilities, the gym provides an environment for people to learn boxing, develop their skills and work towards their fitness goals. Its facilities include a boxing ring, a dedicated area for core and cardio exercises, a well-stocked free weights area, spinning bikes, rowing machines and punch bags.

Training is led by Peter Swinney, an experienced boxing trainer who has guided professional boxers to title honours. He also welcomes beginners, whether they want to learn the art of boxing or try boxing-based exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle.
