About Rwanda Information Society Authority
Rwanda Information Society Authority (RISA) is a public institution established in 2017 under the Ministry of ICT and Innovation. RISA's mission is to digitize Rwandan society through Information and Communication Technologies and innovation, driving the country's economic and social transformation. As the forefront of ICT projects, RISA collaborates with stakeholders to implement national ICT development agendas, digitize government services, and enhance access to ICT infrastructures.
