Rise Above Foundation Cebu, Inc. Since November 2000, our team has been working tirelessly to provide educational opportunities, livelihood training, and health and hygiene programs to those in need. We collaborate with volunteers from around the world, assisting them in their work and accommodations in Cebu.

Through our internship program, we forge connections with schools and institutions to facilitate student involvement. Additionally, our Dental Missions offer free treatment and oral education to underprivileged children and teenagers, thanks to the participation of dentists and dental hygienists from various western countries. Our vision is to create better lives through education and training.
