Rise and Shine Therapy

Rise and Shine Therapy Services is an early intervention occupational therapy provider supporting children and families in Singleton, the Hunter region and, through telehealth, regional, rural and remote communities across Australia. The service works with children aged 0 to 12 and aims to help them build skills, confidence and wellbeing so they can participate in meaningful everyday activities. Its approach is family-centred and evidence-based, recognising each child’s individual strengths, needs and goals.

Occupational therapy support is available across a range of developmental areas, including motor skills, self-care, school readiness, emotional regulation, sensory processing, play and connecting with others. The service also offers equipment and assistive technology prescription to help children take part in daily life. Rise and Shine partners with families to support child development and practical progress at home, at school and in the community. Based in Singleton, New South Wales, the provider offers a way for families in geographically dispersed areas to access therapy through telehealth.
