Rise Coaching Services

Rise Coaching Services, LLC is a Carlsbad-based coaching practice supporting children, teens, young adults, and their families. Led by kids’ life coach Janine Gale, the practice helps clients ages five and up build confidence, find their voice, and develop tools for navigating everyday challenges. Its approach emphasizes rapport, meeting each child without judgment, and empowering young people to create their own plans for change.

Coaching services address communication, family conflict, self-esteem, self-regulation, coping skills, divorce, LGBTQIA+ concerns, mindfulness, parenting, perfectionism, physical wellness, and school issues. Areas of focus also include friendships, social skills, advocacy, flexibility, adapting to change, organization, focus, executive functioning, and future planning. Sessions may help children express themselves, manage emotions, and strengthen their ability to handle school and relationships.

Janine brings 19 years of experience as a school counselor, including developing counseling programs at two K–8 schools, and holds a master’s degree in educational counseling. Rise Coaching Services offers 50-minute sessions, telehealth appointments, online payments, and is accepting new clients. Fees are listed as $200–$250 per session.
