Viện Khoa học Giáo dục Nam Việt (RISES) is a fully autonomous scientific and technological organization. It is certified by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology with registration number 331/DK-KHCN issued on July 29, 2016. RISES brings together outstanding individuals with expertise and extensive experience in research, teaching, management, consulting, and international collaboration.

The institute aims to be the leading scientific institution in Vietnam, renowned for its quality and effectiveness in research, consulting, training, collaboration, and the application of research results in the field of education and software technology for education. RISES conducts scientific research and applies the findings in the area of education and software technology to serve education.
