Rise Thru Chaos is a dedicated wellness and coaching practice founded by Martha Lundell, an ICF-trained, trauma-informed life and wellness coach. The brand emphasizes the transformative power of resilience and compassion, guiding individuals, particularly women, through their healing journeys after trauma, burnout, and life transitions. At Rise Thru Chaos, the focus is on emotional reclamation and deep transformation, allowing clients to reclaim their lives and return to their inner power.

Martha's approach is unique, as she combines her personal experiences with a strong background in law enforcement and wellness coaching. She specializes in helping clients navigate chaos with clarity and support, fostering a sense of community where struggles can be shared and witnessed. Rise Thru Chaos provides a safe and grounding space for women to excavate their inner strength, reframe their narratives, and rise above their challenges. Here, chaos is not the end but an invitation to begin anew, empowering clients to redefine their lives with courage and integrity.
