Riseup Movement

Riseup Movement is a men’s wellbeing organisation focused on mental health, emotional resilience and personal growth. Founded by Dave and Brett, it draws on their own experiences of healing and aims to create supportive spaces where men can connect, reflect and grow without feeling they must face challenges alone. Its approach combines breathwork, education and self-exploration to help participants understand their emotions, manage stress and build greater mental clarity and purpose.

Riseup’s workshops are guided experiences featuring conscious breathwork, body awareness practices, sharing circles and structured self-reflection. Participants can explore patterns and behaviours, develop emotional capacity and learn techniques for regulating the nervous system. The sessions are intended for men navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, trauma or a lack of direction, as well as those seeking deeper connection with themselves and others. Through brotherhood and practical tools, Riseup Movement encourages lasting change, resilience and a more purposeful way of living.
