RITUXAN® (rituximab) is a prescription medicine used to treat several conditions involving cancer, autoimmune disease, or inflammation. Its approved uses include certain forms of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) in adults and children aged six months and older, chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in adults, and moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in adults when used with methotrexate after another treatment has not worked well enough. It is also used with glucocorticoids for granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA) in people aged two years and older, and to treat moderate to severe pemphigus vulgaris (PV) in adults.
