Rize Support is a registered NDIS provider serving participants across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and surrounding South East Queensland communities. Founded by sisters Chelsea and Brooke, the organisation supports teenagers and young adults living with disability through personalised experiences designed to encourage confidence, independence, connection and enjoyment. Its approach considers each participant’s goals, interests, routines and preferences, while keeping families informed through regular communication and updates.
Rize Support offers two core programs. Short Term Accommodation (STA) provides overnight stays at its dedicated house on the northern Gold Coast, with meals, personal support, agreed transport, activities, outings and opportunities to develop everyday skills. Rize & Thrive is a weekday group program held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays on the Gold Coast, featuring life-skills activities, community outings, and creative, recreational and social experiences. The provider also supports community participation and everyday skill development.
Programs are available to suitable participants with self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed funding. Rize Support prioritises respectful care, meaningful relationships and family peace of mind.
