Rizq is a digital employment platform that connects job seekers with individuals and companies through a secure, streamlined experience. It serves both sides of the hiring process: employees can register with a mobile number, present their skills and experience, and be discovered by employers, while individuals and businesses can browse verified profiles and contact suitable candidates directly.

The platform says employees undergo checks of their identity and qualifications before their profiles appear. Employers can use advanced filters for occupation, city, and experience to narrow their search. Rizq also provides secure communication channels designed to avoid sharing personal details, alongside privacy controls for user data.

Its mobile app supports job and candidate searches, instant notifications about relevant opportunities, direct messaging, and request management in one place. Rizq presents itself as a professional service for finding work or staff, with registration paths tailored to employees and employers. The website also offers information about subscription packages, job advertisements, platform guidance, help resources, and contact support.
