RJM Projects and Design Ltd

RJM is a specialist interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor serving commercial, residential and retail clients across London and the South East. The company designs and delivers spaces intended to meet practical needs while reflecting each client’s identity, from offices that support creativity to retail environments that attract customers and residential interiors that help properties stand out. Its services span the project journey from design through completion, including concept and technical design, cost consultancy, procurement, project management, site management, joinery and mechanical, electrical and plumbing work.

Founded by John Watts and Rob Morrison, RJM combines hands-on leadership with the professional standards and detailed oversight associated with larger construction firms. Its in-house specialists manage projects of varying sizes, with a focus on quality and client service. The company supports clear communication through weekly on-site progress meetings, detailed site reports and a communications platform for project information and documentation. RJM says more than 90% of its work comes from repeat clients, reflecting the relationships it has built.
