Rajapalayam Young Entrepreneurs Club (RYEC) is a community for ambitious people aged 21 to 36 in Rajapalayam and nearby areas. It welcomes aspiring entrepreneurs, business founders, family-business successors and professionals interested in entrepreneurship. The club helps members learn, connect and grow through practical business support and shared experience.
RYEC offers expert-led workshops, networking events, guest sessions, industrial visits and opportunities to showcase ideas at events such as its EXPO. Members can access mentorship, one-to-one consultations, business templates and growth resources, as well as guidance in areas including human resources, marketing and branding, finance, strategy, legal matters and workplace safety compliance. The club also encourages collaboration among entrepreneurs, mentors and industry professionals, helping members build connections and customer relationships.
With more than 200 members, over 20 networking events and support for more than 70 businesses, RYEC aims to strengthen entrepreneurship in the region. Membership is offered through an annual plan, with stated eligibility criteria based on age, location and entrepreneurial or business involvement.
