Ratsastuskoulu Cavallo

Ratsastuskoulu Cavallo is a riding school in Hautala, Seinäjoki, Finland, owned by Annika and Mikko Nevala. Established in autumn 2001, the school began offering riding instruction in spring 2002 and is approved and supervised by the Finnish Equestrian Federation. Its lessons take place in a fenced, illuminated 22-by-60-metre outdoor arena, in the indoor riding hall during winter, or, by arrangement in daylight, on guided rides outdoors.

The school has eight horses and five ponies for teaching, which go out daily in paddocks and graze on nearby pastures in summer. Riders can also explore the surrounding countryside along the Lakeus nature trail and nearby routes by the Kyrönjoki River. The farm’s rural setting includes a stable, indoor arena, sauna and traditional Ostrobothnian main house.

Riding helmets are compulsory; visitors without one may borrow a helmet from the stable, and safety vests are also available to borrow. Cavallo provides a welcoming setting for riding lessons and outdoor riding experiences
