RKSCS, the Regional Basketball Association of Central Serbia, plays a pivotal role in promoting and managing basketball activities within the region. Committed to developing the sport, RKSCS oversees various leagues, tournaments, and competitions, catering to all age groups including seniors, juniors, and minors. The organization not only facilitates the competitive structure for different leagues such as the ABA Liga and the Women's Basketball League, but also provides essential resources for clubs and officials, offering directories for clubs and referees, as well as regulatory documents such as competition rules and doping regulations.

RKSCS is dedicated to fostering talent and inclusivity in basketball, with associations for trainers, players, and referees. The association is also linked with larger governing bodies, such as FIBA and the Basketball Federation of Serbia, ensuring adherence to international standards and fair play. Through its initiatives, RKSCS aims to cultivate a vibrant basketball culture, encouraging participation and strengthening the community's connection with the sport.
