RLS Event Center

Rose Legacy Signature Event Center is a family-inspired event venue serving Portsmouth and Chesapeake, Virginia. Created in memory of founder Shana’s grandmother, Rosa, the center carries forward her spirit of hospitality, generosity, and community by offering welcoming spaces for life’s meaningful celebrations.

Rose Legacy operates two venues: the Airline location in Chesapeake, suited to gatherings of up to 60 guests, and the Western Branch location in Portsmouth, which accommodates up to 100. Both rentals include tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, and a prep kitchen. The spaces host weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, poetry nights, and community gatherings.

Customers can choose all-inclusive celebration packages featuring a venue, décor, and add-ons, or request custom décor tailored to their event. Additional rentals include lighting, projectors, speakers, table linens, chair covers, chargers, a toddler bounce house, and a soft playset; some options are location-specific. The company also offers venue tours and booking support, with a three-hour minimum for event rentals.
