RLS Swim Academy

RLS Swim Academy is a children’s swim instruction provider based in Sartell, Minnesota, serving families in Central Minnesota, including the St. Cloud area. Formerly known as ISR Sartell Swim, the academy focuses on preventing drowning and helping children become safer, more confident swimmers. Its teaching approach begins with water survival, then supports continued progress toward independent swimming and advanced stroke skills.

Lessons are personalized and delivered one-on-one, with short sessions designed to provide focused instruction. The academy offers specialized Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) survival swimming lessons, as well as opportunities for children to continue developing their abilities after completing an initial ISR program. Instruction can help swimmers build water awareness, confidence, independence, and technique, with some progressing toward readiness for competitive swimming.

RLS Swim Academy’s instructors bring experience in ISR, private and group swim instruction, and aquatic education. Founder Alyssa Mohs is a certified ISR instructor and holds Basic Life Support, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
