Modelvliegclub RMF Friendship Dalfsen

Regional Model Flying Club Friendship is a model aviation club based in Dalfsen, serving members from nearby communities including Zwolle, Heino, Raalte, Nieuwleusen and Meppel. Founded in its current form in 1978, the club has approximately 50 members and welcomes newcomers interested in model aircraft, helicopters and drones.

Members can fly electric-powered models and aircraft with combustion engines fitted with silencers containing at least three chambers; jet engines are not permitted. Flying is allowed from sunrise to sunset on most days. On Sundays, flying begins at noon and continues until sunset. The club also offers flying lessons on Monday evenings during the summer season, providing an opportunity for visitors and prospective members to watch and learn.

Visitors are welcome to watch flying activities, particularly on Sunday afternoons, when there is usually something to see. The club’s site and clubhouse are located at Welsummerveldweg 4 in Dalfsen. Its website shares club news, project updates, photographs, videos and a calendar of activities, offering a window into the club’s events and model-flying community.
