The Rocky Mountain Hockey League (RMHL) is an adult recreational ice hockey league serving players aged 18 and older. Established in 1990, it describes itself as Colorado’s premier adult hockey league and offers no-check play for participants of all ability levels. Players and teams compete in divisions organized by skill, with games scheduled across multiple days of the week.
The winter season runs from late September to mid-April and includes 20 regular-season games followed by a double-elimination tournament. The summer season runs from early May to mid-August, with 10 games and a single-elimination tournament. The league also provides registration information, schedules, playoff details, rules, and season updates.
Under the RMHL, the Old Time Hockey Club (OTHC) offers invite-only recreational hockey for players aged 40 and older, emphasizing both competition and social connection. OTHC members join as individuals rather than fixed teams; teams are formed through a draft before each season. The club holds fall, winter, and spring/summer seasons, each featuring 10 games and three playoff games.
