Russell-Murray Hospice is a nonprofit hospice organization serving central and western Oklahoma within a 75-mile radius of El Reno. Founded in 1988 by two registered nurses, it provides care in and around El Reno, Kingfisher, Weatherford, and Oklahoma City. Its funding includes Medicare, private insurance contracts, grants, and memorial donations.
