Rocky Mountain Human Services is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and providing them with the resources they need to thrive in their communities of choice. With a team of nearly 500 dedicated employees, they offer a range of comprehensive case management and direct service programs to over 15,000 Colorado residents. Their services for children and adolescents include comprehensive assessment, consultation, and intervention services, as well as support for those with life-threatening medical conditions and significant behavior challenges.

They also provide early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, and state-funded individualized support for families caring for a member with developmental disabilities. For adults, Rocky Mountain Human Services offers developmental disabilities waiver services, supported living services, person-centered and community-based residential services, and services to support the transition from a mental health institute or psychiatric hospital to a community setting. Additionally, they provide outreach, case management, and support accessing resources for low-income veterans and their families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
