Royal Naval Sailing Association

The Royal Naval Sailing Association (RNSA) is a registered charity and Service Sports Association that provides sailing and associated activities for the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, and their associated reserve forces. With a rich history dating back to 1935, the RNSA is dedicated to getting Service men and women of all sailing abilities actively engaged in the sport. Their core disciplines include yachting (both racing and cruising), dinghy sailing, and windsurfing.

They offer a fantastic active sailing and social program, organizing events and opportunities for competitive and non-competitive sailing. The RNSA also aims to improve personal skills and military efficiency through the sport of sailing. As a charity, the RNSA relies on non-public funding and the support of its 5000 members.

They provide facilities, services, and assets to support the sport of sailing, including training, coaching, suitable craft, moorings, and more. Their mission is aligned with improving health, physical fitness, and promoting esprit de corps among serving personnel. Joining the RNSA offers a unique and exciting opportunity to support our service men and women through the sport of sailing.
