The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron (RNZYS) is New Zealand's premier yacht club, boasting a rich history that dates back to its establishment in 1871. As the official home of the America's Cup, the RNZYS made history when Emirates Team New Zealand, representing the club, successfully defended the oldest sporting trophy in the world at the 36th America's Cup in Auckland in 2021. With a jam-packed calendar of events, the RNZYS offers thousands of races throughout the year, along with an array of social gatherings.
