Roam

Roam is a virtual office platform designed to help distributed teams work together in a shared, always-on digital headquarters, alongside AI agents. Its visual company map shows who is present, where conversations are happening, and which rooms are available, making it easy to connect through chat or spontaneous audio drop-ins. Teams can also use video meeting rooms with screen sharing and whiteboards, and Theater for presentations, Q&A, and large all-hands events.

Roam brings workplace communication and coordination together in one platform. AInbox supports direct, group, and confidential messaging, with custom groups, folders, scheduled messages, and guest access. Lobby provides bookable meeting links with configurable availability, while Magicast lets users record and share screen presentations with picture-in-picture video or audio. Magic Minutes creates meeting transcripts and AI summaries, and can answer questions about meetings and chat threads. The platform also includes On-It, an AI assistant that can monitor office activity, help schedule meetings, follow up through email and chat, and search meeting notes.
