ROBERTO DANSIE

Cultural Wisdom is a speaking, consulting, and community development organization founded in 1998 by Roberto Dansie, PhD, to preserve ancestral knowledge and strengthen culturally appropriate care. A clinical psychologist, published author, speaker, and community health leader, Dansie draws on experience with rural, migrant, and Indigenous health organizations to help bridge cultural gaps in healthcare and community work. His engaging presentations combine storytelling, humor, and practical perspectives on cultural diversity, health, and healing.

Cultural Wisdom offers keynote presentations and workshops, cultural events, organizational consulting, and community development services. Its team supports event planning and promotion, staff training, nonprofit board development, meeting facilitation, strategic planning, community needs assessments, grant writing, and program implementation. The organization also works with health and education leaders on community capacity building and community-led research, with particular attention to rural, Indigenous, and communities of color. Its work includes building academic-community partnerships to address health equity. Dansie’s book, The Four Elements, explores Cultural Wisdom through consciousness, conduct, culture, and community.
